As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Management of the reception & meeting rooms
* Travel management
* Facility management (coordination of the office with external partners)
* Fleet Management of emails and calls
* Organisation of internal events
* Extra tasks in administration (gift cards, encoding of working hours...)
* You are fluent in Dutch and English
* You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, reception or office management
* You are proactive, autonomous and multitasking
