Job description
What is an HR Project Consultant? You are deployed with our clients (start-ups, SMEs, corporates, etc.) for various HR projects at operational level. Such a project lasts at least 3 months and can be extended up to a maximum of 2 years. You will be working in a payroll department as HR administrator, payroll officer, payroll specialist, etc. Throughout the various projects, you build on your HR expertise and build a strong professional. The ideal project consultant sets great store by flexibility. Depending on the project you end up in, you will take care of the
1. Payroll from A to Z for white-collar or blue-collar workers
2. HR administration from A to Z
3. Provide advice on socio-legal topics to different stakeholders
Profile
4. You have minimal a Bachelor's degree
5. You can look back on a first working experience within HR (hard HR)
6. You are flexible and are able to find solutions easily in stress situations
7. You can quickly deal with new payroll tools
8. Working with figures and administrative tasks does not scare you off
9. You highly value team spirit, discretion and demonstrates a service-minded approach
10. You are bilingual (NL-FR). Business English use is nice to have
