Head of Fundraising and Investor RelationsOverview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations to lead capital-raising efforts and strengthen relationships with our investor base. You will play a critical role in growing our investment funds and expanding our visibility in the investor community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team based in Switzerland, preferably in the Zurich area, with a focus on alternative investments and private credit.Key Responsibilities:Capital Raising and Investor Development:Identify and engage new investors utilizing an established network while sourcing additional contacts.Develop and secure anchor investors while managing LP expectations professionally.Meet and surpass capital commitment objectives.Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with current investors, ensuring excellent service and communication.Organize strategic events (e.g., premieres and set visits) to deepen investor engagement and partnership.Serve as the point of contact for business introducers and partners contributing to fundraising efforts.Representation and Networking:Represent the company at industry seminars, investor conferences, and events aimed at family offices, private banks, and other target institutions.Enhance visibility and credibility of the organization within the investor community.Fund Structuring and Compliance Expertise:Possess a strong understanding of European LP due diligence requirements, AIFM regulations, and fund structuring, notably Luxembourg RAIF & SICAV frameworks.Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors on fund operations and compliance matters.Qualifications:Experience and Background:At least 10 years of proven experience in private markets fundraising or investor relations.Expertise in private credit, private equity, or alternative investments, with working knowledge of investment fund mechanics.Prior experience successfully raising capital for debt or alternative investment funds (€50M+ track record preferred).Background can range from internal fundraising roles to placement agents or professionals in wealth management/private banking.LP Network:Established and robust relationships with family offices, wealth managers, private banks, and funds of funds.Strong ability to navigate European investors (France, Switzerland, Benelux, UK, Germany), with secondary experience in the USA and Middle East regions being advantageous.Skills and Knowledge:Familiarity with Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF & SICAV).Detailed knowledge of European LP due diligence requirements.Proficiency in both English and French (German or other European languages highly desirable).Personal Attributes:Competitive mindset with a high degree of autonomy.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and build lasting relationships.Thrives in a small team environment with a collaborative approach.Location:Position based in Switzerland, with a preference for candidates located in or close to the Zurich area.Why Join Us:This is a unique opportunity to lead critical capital-raising initiatives and drive lasting relationships with investors.
