This unique hybrid role combines the exciting responsibilities of an Axe Master with the organisational duties of a Back Office. You’ll not only guide guests through the thrill of axe throwing but also support the operational side of the business through administrative and event management tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
As an Axe Master:
* Lead safety briefings and teach guests the subtle art of axe throwing.
* Energise and engage groups, ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
* Customise and facilitate games for individual sessions or group events like birthday parties and corporate team buildings.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised, top-notch service throughout their visit.
* Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the throwing lanes and communal areas.
As a Back Office:
Email & Communication Management – Oversee and organise inbound and outbound communications to ensure seamless business operations.
B2B Relationship Coordination – Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients for smooth business transactions.
Invoice Management – Process incoming and create outgoing invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Payment Handling – Ensure timely and accurate payments, tracking transactions as per company policies.
Bookkeeping & Financial Records – Maintain precise records of financial transactions through our ERP system ODOO.
Cash Flow & Expense Management – Monitor and manage cash process.
