Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Intern/Payroll Intern to support our HR team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits, and HR systems in a dynamic and international environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the processing of payroll activities and respond to inquiries from employees and managers.
Support the Senior Compensation & Benefits Expert in improving efficiency and quality in salary reporting, payroll administration, and compensation & benefits matters.
Help ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support HRIS process optimization.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics, including payroll and personnel data.
Assist in maintaining and improving self-service HR tools and internal communication .
Support compliance with J-SOX, GDPR, and social legislation .
Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives .
Profile Description
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Basic knowledge of payroll processing or willingness to learn.
4. Proficiency in Excel and an interest in HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
5. Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
