Your responsibilities include:
1. Content strategy: Develop and implement the global content plan for various communication channels like social media, influencers, PR, and website, in line with brand positioning.
2. Content Creation: Coordinate all phases of global content creation, ensuring that all branded content reinforces our brand, including optimizing content based on learnings from previous content.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with:
o Global Brand Manager: Ensure a good translation of the message pillars and alignment with the brand's positioning and value propositions of innovations;
o Global Media Manager: Ensure the most effective and efficient distribution of the content;
o Global Digital Marketeer: Ensure optimal content for SEO and audience engagement;
o Local Marketers: Ensure business relevance of our branded content in focus countries for Quick-Step.
4. PR: Define global PR themes and be responsible for global press releases. Serve as a center of expertise to offer advice to marketers in the countries.
5. Influencers: Define and maintain a global influencers framework for the Quick-Step brand with requirements for influencer collaborations. Serve as a center of expertise to advise marketers in the countries.
Who are you?
* You are a brand lover with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in content and digital marketing, preferably also in influencer marketing.
* You are digital savvy and follow the latest trends in digital communication; social media holds no secrets for you.
* You have copywriting experience and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
* You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building, with a strong customer and consumer focus.
* You are able to manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
* You understand cultural differences and thrive in an international environment.
* You are a team player who understands the power of collaboration, is hands-on, has a can-do mentality, and delivers on promises. You constantly challenge the status quo.
