As a Vessel Manager, you are responsible for the overall management and operational performance of one or more Dredging or Offshore vessels within DEME’s fleet. You play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and strategic direction of your assigned vessels. You will ensure compliance with the long-term mission, vision, and strategy, and work closely with technical and operational teams to develop maintenance plans and achieve project goals. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, project coordination, and fleet support for technical interventions.
