Your role and responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless, intuitive experiences across our digital platforms.
You will:
1. Partner with product owners, engineers, content strategists, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end user journeys that align with both user needs and business goals.
2. Lead UX activities on key projects — from discovery to delivery — balancing customer insights, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
3. Leverage our design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem, while proactively suggesting optimizations and improvements.
4. Facilitate co-creation workshops and design critiques, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
5. Advocate for the user's perspective across the organization, using research insights and data to influence product decisions.
6. Challenge initial requests to get to the root cause of business problems and propose solutions that address the actual user need.
7. Identify opportunities to improve our current experiences and drive innovation in our eCommerce platform.
Your profile
We're looking for a designer who can turn complexity into clarity and help us raise the bar for B2B digital experiences.
More than 5 years of experience designing digital products or services, with at least part of that experience in eCommerce.
Experience with B2B eCommerce or other complex business platforms.
Proven track record of leading UX workstreams on a project level.
Experience with user-centered design methods — from discovery and information architecture to wireframing and prototyping.
Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries, with a focus on applying and optimizing existing components.
Ability to balance tactical deliverables with long-term strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills — you're comfortable presenting your ideas and building relationships across teams.
Ability to navigate technical constraints and leverage knowledge of back-end systems to optimize solutions creatively.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (no need to code, but understanding the possibilities helps you collaborate better).
An online portfolio showcasing your process, not just the final output.
Nice to have:
Experience with user research, usability testing, or accessibility audits.
Knowledge of B2B or eCommerce platforms.
Certifications from NNG, IDxF, or other UX training programs.
