About the Role:
As the Channel Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner strategy across the Benelux region, within the AIDC, RFID, Engraving technologies. You will drive channel sales growth, enhance partner relationships, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape in but not limited to Industrial automation, Healthcare, Logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, safety markets. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with partners to maximize revenue opportunities. You are based in Zele, Belgium.
Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development:
* Define and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to increase market penetration and revenue growth.
* Identify and onboard new channel partners that align with our business goals.
Partner Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive mutual success.
* Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Sales Enablement:
* Develop and deliver training programs and resources to equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our products and solutions.
* Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded promotional materials and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring:
* Analyze channel performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement initiatives to drive partner engagement and sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with overall company objectives.
* Share market insights and feedback from partners to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, 5+ years of experience in channel management or sales, preferably within the technology sector.
Required Skills:
* Proven track record of driving channel sales and building successful partner relationships.
* Strong understanding of the Benelux market dynamics and technology trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms.
* Strong proven network in leading industry markets, such as Logistics, healthcare, safety, oil and gas, medical, manufacturing...
* Preferable strong knowledge on Barcode, RFID, DPM, engraving or other identification technologies
Preferred Skills:
Fluent English in written and spoken language, basic understanding of French and any other language is a plus.
