Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Our Consulting practice is renowned for solving complex business problems, and we are seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to enhance our Supply Chain Management team.
Your Role: As a Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you will work on projects aimed at improving our clients' supply chains. This includes activities such as working capital optimization, global supply chain transformation, and supply chain network design. Your responsibilities will encompass thorough research, qualitative and quantitative analyses, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with various functions at our client's site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams during projects.
* Participate in international travel and work abroad as needed.
* Lead projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met, while managing and coaching a team of consultants.
* Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and projects.
* Actively engage in the development of the Supply Chain & Operations practice, including methodology refinement and participation in marketing activities.
* Contribute to the growth and direction of the Supply Chain & Operations practice as part of the leadership team.

Your Profile:
* Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
* 7 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience in areas such as Supply Chain Network Design, Inventory Management, Cost-to-Serve, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales & Operations Planning, and Operational Excellence.
* APICS certificate is a plus.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French with a good basic knowledge of the other language.
* Willingness to work in an international environment and travel on an ad-hoc basis.
