Exposure to Key Supply Chain Functions As part of the Bosch Rexroth Belgium team, you will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain and rotate through various departments, gaining hands on experience in:

* Warehouse Operations: Learn the ins and outs of inbound and outbound logistics, claim registration, goods preparation for service and assembly, stock evaluation, and follow up.
* Procurement: Understand the key tasks of our procurement team, including internal order registration, supplier interaction, and order follow up.
* Sales Interaction: Gain customer facing experience by working with quotations, pricing strategies, CRM tools, and order management processes.

Your Development Goals: The program is structured to give you a broad overview of the supply chain ecosystem, helping you build foundational knowledge and practical skills. Under the guidance of your mentor, youll work on developing your competencies and exploring potential career paths within the organization.

Minimum Requirements

1. Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
2. Work Experience: A maximum of two years of professional experience post graduation.
3. Digitalization Enthusiast: A strong interest in and affinity for digitalization and its applications in the supply chain.
