Could you be the full-time Railway Warranty Depot Manager in Madrid we´re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge managing one or several Warranty Custumer Sites performing Warranty activities (Troubleshooting, failure diagnosis, fleet check, warehousing) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You will work alongside young and proactive teammates .
You will ensure the application of EHS rules on the customer sites for activities under Alstom responsibility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (external clients, commissioning and validation), manage the relationship with customer depot management and maintainer and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing technical fleet configuration, but also ensure contribution to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience through proper input of the Defect management system.
We’ll look to you for:
* Deploy and manage the application of Alstom EHS rules and relevant Warranty processes
* Manage the relationship with customer depot management and maintainer
* Manage Warranty Internal Customer Site team and its workload
* Manage technical fleet configuration
* Ensure availability of necessary competencies of his/her team
* Ensure fleet availability according to contractual commitments
* Ensure contribution to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience through proper input of Defect management system
* Ensure execution of Warranty scope of activity including Commissioning and Validation support (if required)
* Ensure customer EHS requirements for all Customer Site activities (under Alstom responsibility)
* Supervise local consignment / warranty stock availability
* Provide REX of the Warranty period to the organization

* University Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or related.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience working on Field, project execution (technical/industrial), troubleshooting, commissioning and EHS.
* Knowledge on general railway and products
* English level C1
* Desirable experience working with SAP
