We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager (Independent/Freelance consultant) to oversee and coordinate multiple streams within a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidate will ensure the alignment of all streams with program objectives, facilitate integration between solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise all program streams and ensure their alignment with strategic objectives.
* Identify and formalize interdependencies between streams and critical program points.
* Coordinate stream interdependencies and resolve conflicts between project teams.
* Consolidate stream roadmaps and align key milestones.
* Guarantee the consistency of deliverables and ensure each stream progresses according to defined timelines.
* Ensure integration between ERP, PLM, MES, QMS, and other solutions in collaboration with the functional architect.
* Track cross-stream risks and coordinate mitigation plans with PMs, PMO, CMO, and sponsors.
* Facilitate communication and alignment between business teams, IT, and system integrators.
* Ensure optimal resource allocation based on stream needs.
* Oversee critical project phases (cutover, testing, go-live, hyper care) to prevent roadblocks.
* Escalate key alerts and critical decisions to the governance committee (COPIL, COPRO).
* Supervise and consolidate Statements of Work (SoW), integrating functional aspects from PMs and technical inputs from IT PMs, while ensuring execution follow-up.
Requirements
* Strong expertise in functional architecture and business process alignment.
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs (ERP, PLM, MES, QMS).
* Ability to identify and manage interdependencies between streams.
* Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in project governance and risk mitigation.
* Strong ability to resolve conflicts and align teams towards common goals.
* Knowledge of resource planning and workload management.
* Experience in supervising critical project phases (cutover, testing, go-live, hyper care).
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills between business and IT teams.
* Prior experience in manufacturing sector will be considered an asset.
* Fluent in English and French.
This role is ideal for a consultant with a strong functional architecture background, capable of ensuring seamless integration between business processes and IT solutions.
This is an opportunity for an Independent/freelance consultant with a start date in March 2025. Initial contract is for 6 months, extensions planned afterwards.
Presence at clients site in Liege area will be required 3 days/week.
