What will you do?
As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our Marketing team. You will take on two key missions:
Driving marketing efforts to support our existing partners.
Collaborating and helping the Partner Sales team to attract new partners via marketing actions and campaigns in France, Belgium, the UK, and beyond.
If we had to summarize the position of Partner Marketing Specialist in three words, they would be organization, relationship, and proactivity.
Does that speak to you? Then, here are your main tasks:
1. Organize: You define and implement a marketing plan for all our partners (Advisory firms, resellers and data providers). You create and adapt sales material for the Partner Managers and partners. You co-organize events with our partners and their customers (breakfasts, webinars,…).
2. Animate: You guide and advise our partners in the creation of marketing campaigns. You animate the partner community through content and events. You valorize our privileged partners through specific campaigns.
3. Recruit: You identify visibility partners, build and animate a relationship with them. You carry out monitoring in order to identify all potential partners.
4. Analyze: You monitor the lead generation from partners, and suggest areas for improvement.
Who are you?
1. Education: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Communication.
2. Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar job within a SaaS company.
3. Languages: You speak English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
4. Skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication skills. You are very organized and structured. You are comfortable in creating marketing content (webinars, emailing, commercial brochures,…). You demonstrate real learning abilities. You have a strong team spirit, even when collaborating with remote colleagues. You are able to work independently and proactively identify new solutions. You excel at setting priorities and organizing your weeks effectively to meet deadlines.
5. Behavioral skills: You like to be proactive. You think about lead generation for every action taken. Teamwork is in your DNA, but you are also able to work independently. You are a fun and dynamic colleague.
6. Tools: You have experience with tools such as Google Slides, Asana, Hubspot (or CMS), Canva.
7. Interests: You demonstrate an interest in technology, business management, and finance.
8. Place to work: Ghent or Louvain-la-Neuve but you are ready to visit the other office. You are open to traveling to events.
