Do you want to contribute to our ambitious growth plans in Belux? As Expansion Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our retail network. From finding new strategic locations to negotiating optimal rental contracts, you are the driving force behind our expansion and store portfolio management.
Which team will you be joining?
You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team that is responsible for the daily management of the JACK & JONES retail network in the Belux. You will report into the Country Retail Manager and work closely with the supporting overhead functions such as finance & facility.

How will you own your job as Expansion Manager JACK & JONES?
We currently have around 45 stores in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be managing the contractual and legal aspects of our store portfolio. You will build and maintain valuable relationships with our partners in the commercial leasing sector. Also, you will use your negotiating skills and network to close the best deals on new stores and lease renewals.
In this role, you are the driving force behind the continues optimization of our store portfolio that consists of JACK & JONES, JJXX and JACK & JONES Outlet.
You will get the task to develop a strategic expansion plan that reflects the steep ambition of JACK & JONES and JJXX to increase our m² and become and stay one of the leading fashion retailers in the market.
You will closely collaborate with the operational retail team to follow up on store performances. You will be part of the Belux management team where you will have an important role in building the overall country retail strategy and contribute from within your own expertise to achieve our goals.
What do you need to become the JACK & JONES Expansion Manager?
1. Experience.
2. Deal maker. Thanks to your extensive network and strong relationships that you have built, you bring negotiations to a successful conclusion.
3. Strong legal knowledge in commercial real estate and administrative skills. Lease contracts and real estate administration have no secrets for you. You like to work detail-oriented.
4. Language skills. Good relations begin with a fluid communication. Consequently, you must be able to communicate fluidly in Dutch, English & French.
5. A hands-on explorer. It all happens in the field. You are not shy to go out and travel the country to find good opportunities, to meet with landlords, to travel to our HQ in Denmark meeting with your colleague expansion managers and share knowledge.
