You will manage client files, track payments and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Experience and a bachelor's degree are a plus, along with flexibility, language and IT skills. Description
* As administrative assistant you work in our customer service and you are the rock in the branding for the relationship managers and the customers
* You follow up the customer files administratively
* You follow up the payment traffic and securities transfers
* You check whether the laws and regulations are correctly observed.
Profile
* Preferably you already have some experience in an administrative position
* You preferably have a bachelor degree
* You like to learn, your enthusiasm is contagious
* You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch. Do you also speak French? Even better!
* You have a large dose of motivation and drive, but also find it okay to work in an executive capacity
* IT programs that support your work hold no secrets for you.
