Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure. From managing daily operations to driving process improvements, you’ll help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the network domain, with a focus on LANs, WANs, firewalls, proxy services, remote access, and network security.Provide architectural insights and contribute to modernizing the network landscape.Handle incident management, ensuring SLAs are met and business users are kept informed during outages.Coordinate and execute change management activities across network services.Establish and optimize IT service management processes, ensuring compliance with internal practices and driving continuous improvement.Work closely with managed service providers, internal technical teams, and stakeholders.Maintain budgetary discipline across service operations.Essential Technical SkillsStrong hands-on knowledge of Cisco enterprise routing & switchingIn-depth understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core network protocolsExperience with Checkpoint UTM (firewall, IPS, web filtering)Broad knowledge of VPN technologiesFamiliarity with Broadcom/VMWare SD-WAN deploymentsGeneral awareness of cybersecurity best practicesKey AttributesMaster’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldA positive mindset and a problem-solving approachProven team player with excellent communication skillsUnderstanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)Enthusiastic, curious, and driven – we value attitude as much as experienceRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITILv4, or CompTIA+ are a strong plus
