The Talent Acquisition Officer supports the recruitment process by performing administrative tasks.
This includes job posting, application management, interview scheduling assistance for specific identified jobs or projects those with high inflow, seasonal peaks, or urgent hiring needs), candidate communication, and preparation of hiring documents. The role ensures the smooth execution of recruitment activities and assists hiring managers in achieving their hiring goals.

Required Skills:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills
2. Excellent communication and people skills
3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
4. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and labor regulations
Profile Requirements:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
9. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
10. Positive and enthusiastic approach
11. Fluency in Dutch, French and English
