Please apply till 3rd of April MARKETING PROJECTS ASSOCIATE The Marketing Projects Associate is part of the Marketing Projects team, provides support mainly to Brand Management but also to other marketing functions and more general company projects. Manages multiple projects at the same time and is in regular contact with third parties and manages them on a day to day basis to achieve excellence in execution. Provides support to Brand Management by taking responsibility for development and execution of brand activation programs towards internal, consumer and trade. Ensures compliance with brand platforms and guidelines and assists in translating brand strategies into actionable brand programs. Develops permanent and temporary branded POS materials within budget and ensures timely delivery. Is also responsible for basic supporting materials like pack shots, leaflets etc. and handles consumer complaints. Can also work and support on other marketing projects in the areas of SI (Strategic Insights) and CE (Customer Engagement) as well as more general M&S and company projects when necessary and relevant. Finally, the position is part of a Benelux team and can support all 3 markets within the cluster. This could involve some travelling across the cluster. Position: Development of brand activation programs: towards internal, consumer and trade with the objective to achieve brand KPIs. Development of permanent and temporary branded POS materials and development of brand activation materials towards trade and consumers within budget and set timing. Brand programs implementation: Implementation & tracking of the brand activation programs in close cooperation with the rest of the Marketing & Sales organization. Evaluates programs and highlights improvement points for future programs. Agencies'' management: Responsible for the day to day management of external agencies (mainly activation strategy agencies and production agencies), monitoring the progress of projects, supervising related costs incurred and ensuring that deliverables are on time. Highlight agency non performance ensuring that corrective action can be taken. Handling administrative marketing processes and consumer service: Responsible for daily administrative processes (budgets, proof of delivery, project updates / monitoring etc.) and development of basic supporting materials (pack shots, leaflets etc.
