Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Hourly Rate:
* This is a Full-Time position 40 hours a week.
* Monday - Friday

Work Environment:
* Work is performed in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment where individual is exposed to extremes of seasonal heat and cold as well as the potentially dangerous conditions of wood truss manufacturing.
* Work can be performed outdoors where individual is exposed to the elements.
* Exposed to noise levels consistent with building (hammering) and the operation of large, commercial saws.
* Exposed to the saw dust generated by commercial saws.
* May be exposed to vibrations, risk of electrical shock, airborne particles and toxic chemicals.
* Eye, ear, head, and hand protection is required depending on the operation being performed.
Physical Demands:
* Requires frequent sitting, standing, repeated lifting up to 80 pounds and reaching with arms and hands.
* Heavy labor.
* Uses hands to grasp, handle, and feel.
* Requires manual dexterity and strength to use a manual hammer for long periods of time.
* Requires frequent stooping, bending, stretching.
* Requires working under stressful or emergency conditions requiring high concentration and energy level.
Responsibilities:
* Supply saws promptly with lumber in order to prevent saw delays.
* Perform daily operator maintenance.
* Rotate and maintain lumber inventory.
* Train future Pickers.
Qualifications:
* Able to read and write their primary language.
* Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
* Able to lift 50 pounds.
* Basic math skills.
* 84 Components Fork Truck License.
