Main missions:
Attached to the Chief of Operations, the Project Manager, will be mainly in charge to:
- Lead the whole preparation phase to guarantee the success of the SAP4 Space transition including derisking phase in 2025 (plan and execution)
- Manage the whole SAP4S project : schedule, cost, risks management, ressources
- organize and schedule the S4S roll-out over Belgium including:
o SAP Core Model roll out
o DELMIA Core Model rout out
o Migration of Primavera currently used at to Primavera Core Model
o Interfaces adaptation between new implemented systems and existing ones (maintained)
- manage on a daily basis the activities of the Belgium Business Project Team composed of:
o Key Users
o End-users mobilized on data conversion, training, etc.
o Representative of IS/IT
o External support
- Coordinates interfaces with transnational IS/IT team and especially getting the approval from the JV Business Process Owner. He/She will be supported by a IS/IT Work Project Manager
- Leads the global IPT (Integrated Project Team) and Project steerco (IS /IT Domain leader, COO, & CFO) and stay accountable for the project success.
- Relies on IS system owners and experts hosted in the IS/IT Transnationnal team and responsible for their activities.
- Guarantee the allocation of local resources and means as per project needs
- Ensure that all Project activities under the responsibility of Belgium are delivered in quality and time
- Control Project budget
- Lead the change management: gap analysis, processes updates, training, communication, resistance management, … The Project Manager will be in charge to promote this policy within the Project Team and ensure impacts mitigation to prepare and facilitate acceptance by users.
- Therefore, the Project Manager will be specifically in charge to define and control Project activities from a Business / Change Management Standpoint :
- User tests of the delivered solution : tests scenario preparation and test execution
- Formal User Acceptance Milestone
- Training
- Impact analysis and mitigation plan
- Communication
- Report to S4S Sponsors : Chief Operation Officer, Chief Finance Officer, CEO
- Connect with IPT to share best practices, and common schedule for shared resources management
- Support from a PMO for daily project activities management
- However, the Project Manager will be in charge to ensure that all necessary Business inputs are provided by Key Users in time and quality to deliver the IS/IT solution :
o Business local legal & taxes requirements to be implemented in the Core Model
o Business input for interfaces to be developed with local systems
o Business input for data migration, especially data cleansing and data completion activities
Confirmation of the data migration strategy for the Country with a mitigation plan to limit operational impacts at Go-Live.
Profile:
> 10 years Experienced SAP Project Manager : must have mandatorily several experiences as a Project Manager of SAP ERP roll-out with similar functional scope (Finance, Procurement, Production)
Experience of a MES roll-out (in interface with SAP) would be a plus.
No SAP technical knowledge is necessary. However, global functional knowledge of MRP flows associated financial flows is a plus (SD, FI, CO, MM, PP). But it could be a plus to know well the SAP and or MES architecture and functions
