* Keep agendas up-to-date and ensure consistency amongst Executives' activities
* Follow-up meetings/conferences/registrations and invitation to meetings/conferences
* Arrange travel plans (flights, hotel reservations ).
* Format documents and send e-mail/letters
* Assist with the preparation and the formatting of presentations
* Organise meetings, workshops calls (collect and provide all relevant information, send outlook invitation and track replies, gather all the required documents, order lunches, organise the teams meeting, st up a meeting room)
* Participate acctively in the life of the association and in the development of new projects
* At least 5-10 years' experience in equivalent role
* English is the most important language, any other language is a plus
* If you already have an experience within a European Association it's a big plus
* Team worker, proactive
* Excellent spoken and written English is a prerequisite
* Excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)
