We are currently looking for an Assistant for the Product Management Team at our HQ in Waregem.
As a Product Management Assistant, you will support Product Management in daily tasks and be responsible for article management, promotional administration, and price lists.
Responsibilities:
* Article management: detect kitting requests, process article coding requests from sales, and handle incoming price lists.
* Before sales support: inform customers about pricing, delivery times, and alternatives.
* Promotional management: handle all promotional administration and processing, from setting up promotions to processing results and distributing promotional items.
* Ensure consistent marketing across chosen channels and provide layout, photos, and marketing materials for customer channels.
* Manage budgets and credit notes for promotional activities.
Requirements:
Administrative and communicative skills are essential for this role.
Working hours: 38 hours per week
Contract type: Temporary with a view to permanent.
