As BELUX Deployment Project Manager within Mondial Relay's Network Department, you will play a strategic role in the expansion of the locker network in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for managing and steering service providers, while guaranteeing rapid and cost-effective roll-outs. As the linchpin of the roll-out, you will be the main point of contact for large chain partners and will work closely with internal teams to optimise costs and improve the quality of operations.
Your main tasks will be to :
1. Managing roll-out operations :
- Geographical scope management: Oversee the deployment of lockers in Belgium and Luxembourg to achieve objectives in terms of deadlines and costs.
- Central point of contact: Act as the main point of contact for deployment service providers within your scope, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth communications.
2. Supervision and monitoring of service providers:
- Challenge of service providers: Manage and challenge the deployment service providers (field surveys, work and installation) to ensure that the planned deadlines and costs are met.
- Installation quality: Working with your deployment assistant to assess the feasibility, quality control and compliance of the work carried out in the field.
3. Developing the panel of service providers :
- Selection and evaluation: Actively contribute to the development and selection of new service providers to strengthen the geographical coverage and skills available.
- Optimisation of partnerships: Strengthen relations with current service providers to maintain a high level of performance and satisfaction.
4. Cost reduction and continuous improvement projects:
- Cost optimisation: Leading cost reduction projects to improve the efficiency of deployment operations.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement actions to improve deployment processes to guarantee the quality and speed of installations.
5. Interface with major partner chains:
- Partner relationship management: Act as the point of contact for large partner chains on deployment aspects, in order to coordinate installations and optimise locations.
- Ongoing communication: Coordinate with partners to align expectations and ensure deployment targets are met.
6. Updating information systems:
- Database update: Ensure the monitoring and updating of information in the databases, CRM and planning tools throughout the validation process.
- Reporting and documentation: Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of deployment stages, interventions and feedback.
Functie-eisen
- Training: 5 years' higher education with a technical focus (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, logistics, industrial engineering or similar).
- Experience: Successful experience in coordinating installation and fitting-out work or in managing logistics projects.
- Knowledge of electricity: A knowledge of electricity is highly desirable for the supervision of technical installations.
- Proficiency in office automation tools: Pack Office and project management tools.
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English.
