Your Mission: Protect, Serve, and Drive Growth
* Build Relationships: Leverage your experience in the police force to connect with chiefs and teams, understanding their pain points like budget constraints, road safety challenges, and the need for modern software.
* Periodic Visits: Hit the road to meet police departments face-to-face, establishing trust and staying top of mind.
* Upsell & Renew: Present tailored solutions that move them to the cloud, simplify their processes, and enhance their efficiency.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Dive into IT, cloud migration, and GDPR topics to guide your clients toward smarter decisions.
* Strategic Growth: Work toward managing accounts for every police department in Belgium, delivering InTouch's innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Police Background: You've walked in their shoes, so you understand the challenges police departments face daily.
* Bilingual: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English. You're ready to navigate both Flanders and Wallonia with ease.
* People Person: You're charismatic, empathetic, and love building real-life connections.
* Commercial Flair: Sales comes naturally to you, and you know how to turn opportunities into partnerships.
* IT Savvy (or Willing to Learn): You're open to diving into IT, cloud solutions, and GDPR to help clients understand the bigger picture.
* Autonomy: You thrive on managing your own schedule and taking charge of your territory.
