Join our team and you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
Working in the Sales department, you will strengthen our sales team in Brussels.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
2. Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company’s growth objectives.
3. Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
4. Utilizing the company’s CRM system.
5. Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams).
Qualifications
6. Autonomous and Team Player.
7. Experience in “solution selling.”
8. Understanding and active listening.
9. Fluent in Dutch. French and English are assets.
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
