* Business development - Support the firm's growth by maintaining strong client relationships and participating in networking events.

* Master's degree in Law with a focus on employment law.
* 2 to 6 years of experience in employment law, ideally within a law firm.
* Strong expertise in Belgian labor law and familiarity with European employment regulations.
* Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
