Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors to increase AUM and drive sales growth;
* Utilize the CRM system to manage and track the sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions;
* Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients’ investments, addressing their inquiries and concerns, providing solutions to their investment needs;
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to grow the institutional client base;
* Refer clients’ needs on payments and loans towards relationship managers specialized in these domains;
* Prepare presentations and reports to communicate investment performance, market trends, and business development activities to institutional clients.
Profile:
* Master degree in finance, economics or other related field;
* At least 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably with institutions;
* Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients;
* Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and industry regulations;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients;
* Proficiency in CRM systems;
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
