As an operator, you ensure that the parts are assembled correctly and within the planned schedule.
Assembly & Installation
1. Understand and follow the work sequence and assembly instructions
2. Manually prepare certain components
3. Assemble and mount various parts
4. Install electrical wiring
5. Perform quality checks and make adjustments if needed
Quality Control & Accuracy
1. (Visually) inspect materials before assembly
2. Identify and report non-compliant parts
3. Systematically check your own work and correct any errors
Flexibility & Teamwork
1. Willing to take on various tasks
2. Learn to work with new materials and methods
3. Support colleagues when needed
4. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe according to applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Profiel
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented technician with a passion for mechanics.
Education & Experience
1. Completed a technical education
2. Knowledge of assembly, mechanics, and electricity
3. Experience in vehicle or machinery assembly is an advantage
Skills
1. Ability to work accurately, both for fine and heavy assembly work
2. Team player with a flexible attitude
3. Proficient in English
