Our client, a growing partner consulting firm specialising in supply chain and enterprise planning solutions, is seeking an experienced OMP Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, implementing and optimizing OMP solutions to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support full-cycle OMP implementations, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live.
* Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and develop tailored OMP solutions.
* Configure and optimise OMP modules for demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
* Provide expert-level guidance on best practices and process improvements using OMP technology.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
* Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and continued success.
* Stay up to date with the latest developments in OMP software and supply chain trends to drive innovation within projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
* Strong expertise in OMP, with hands-on experience in solver techniques.
* Proven track record of successful OMP implementations across industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or retail.
* Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, S&OP, and inventory management.
* Experience integrating OMP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and other enterprise platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex supply chain scenarios and deliver actionable solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* OMP certification or equivalent hands-on experience is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
