Paid Media Specialist (Agency Experience)

Bucksense seeks a highly passionate, curious, and driven team player ready to ignite ideas, push boundaries, and drive innovation! Our team and agency are growing, and we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own the digital marketing budget and use it to create, develop, and manage acquisition worldwide campaigns, achieving CPL, ROI, and lead volume goals
· Be responsible for the supervision of the channel's digital marketing budget, supervising, and tracking its performance (KPIs, ROI)
· Define and develop a full-funnel demand generation and acquisition marketing strategy
· When creating new campaigns: Identify market opportunities through data analysis, develop the creative process, carry out A/B tests, implement, track the performance, and iterate the process
· Manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook (at least 2 years), Twitter, Google Ads (at least 3 years), Instagram (at least 2 years), LinkedIn, Bing
· Continually evaluate assumptions and data around critical metrics like cost-per-lead and conversion rate vs. performance and highlight any swings
QUALIFICATIONS
· BS/MS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, working for a marketing agency will be a PLUS, with a focus on online advertising or lead generation and being responsible for the digital marketing budget
· Deep knowledge of paid acquisition channels
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
· Proficiency in English is a MUST
· Solid understanding of the majority of the following: Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google ADS, Twitter Ads, YouTube, Instagram ads
· Desired skills: Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Zoho Analytics
MUST HAVE:
* Practical Hands-on ( updated with latest industry trends) on Google ads / Meta campaigns.
* Able to do the entire process from campaign planning to optimization
* Solid understanding of tracking concept
* Deep knowledge of all the metrics and dimensions
* Data analysis and data analytics ( GA4)
* Solid understanding of tracking
* Expertise using Google Tag Manager
* Expertise using data visualization tools like Looker Studio
* Proficiency/Bilingual in English is a MUST
