We're now looking for a Chief Information Security Officer who will make us move.Your mission:As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at bpost, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy that protects our critical information assets. Working closely with the Group CISO, you will ensure consistent application of global security standards and provide leadership on cybersecurity risks. Your key responsibilities include:- Further develop and maintain a state-of-the-art Information Security Risk Management Framework tailored to bpost.- Drive the execution of security programs and contribute to cybersecurity projects.- Ensure compliance with local regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and DORA.- Lead incident response efforts and manage timely escalation of security incidents.- Collaborate closely with ICT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and other teams to promote a culture of cybersecurityYour profile:At bpost, we value diversity in skills and backgrounds. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.- Over 10 years of experience in a CISO function.- Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, … are a plus.- Expertise in global security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).- Proficiency in security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, encryption, cloud security, …).- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Our offer:Like a long-awaited parcel, we want to make you feel welcome and valued.
