Overview
As a Perfect Execution Manager, you will play a central role in translating our strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution. Acting as the hub between PepsiCo BeLux and the employer of the externalized field team, you will guarantee best-in-class execution of Commercial and Customer plans across the Belux Modern Trade, Convenience, Traditionla Trade (TT) and Away From Home (AFH) channels. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment and collaboration across the commercial and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Your role as a Perfect Execution Manager will be instrumental in driving our company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategies, ensuring their successful implementation, and driving the organization towards long-term success.
Responsibilities
1. Field strategy development and executionDeliver a long-term, sustainable field strategy in cooperation with the Perfect Execution Lead BeLux, sales leads, Demand acceleration lead, and external partner.Constantly challenge and optimize the organization in terms of sales and execution.
2. Negotiation and contract managementLead the annual negotiations on third-party services.
3. Objective setting and performance managementTranslate the PepsiCo Annual Operating Plan (AOP) into SMART objectives and target setting for the external partner.Achieve volume and execution targets while controlling external costs and Advertising & Marketing (A&M).
4. Capability buildingDevelop required capabilities within the external partner and its sales force.
5. Cooperation and coordinationServe as the hub between the external partner and the PepsiCo BeLux organization.Organize strong controls on in-year field execution.
6. Governance and alignmentLead the governance around collaboration by planning and leading annual, quarterly, and monthly alignment sessions with the external partner.
7. Team inspiration and coachingInspire the external field team on the power of PepsiCo brands, campaigns, innovations, etc.Coach the Execution Analyst, your direct report, to develop the right business tracking tools and controls as well as to coordinate the operational side of the business.
8. New ways of working thinkingImplement and promote new way of working thinking end-to-end across the team.Translate the most valuable store insights into actionable strategies and plans.

9. Market knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics.
10. Strategic planning: Strong skills in creating and executing strategic plans.
11. Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
12. Negotiation skills: Proven track record in negotiation and contract management.
13. Customer driven: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
14. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
15. Results driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve results and meet targets.
16. Integrity and leadership: Ability to lead by example and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
17. Competitive mindset: Strong drive to outperform the competition.
18. On-the-ground experience within field sales.
19. Preferably experience with collaboration with a third-party/externalized field team.
20. University degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent through experience.
