Our team has a dynamic workday and an extensive network that covers some of the most well-known private and institutional organisations in Europe.We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Research / Horizon Europe department in our office in Brussels, specialising in the design, implementation, and management of international R&D&I projects.As a Project Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:- Coordinating and implementing Horizon Europe projects.- Contributing to the conceptualisation and development of new project proposals under Horizon Europe.- Co-leading the development of the company’s research portfolio in your domains of expertise.- Assisting in the design and implementation of Horizon projects’ tasks and deliverables.- Contributing to the delivery of policy, business, innovation management, and stakeholder engagement/networking services required by Horizon projects.- Managing internal or external human resources/teams for project implementation and proposal development.- Participating in the strategic planning of the International Projects / Research department activities, including the recruitment and mentoring of junior staff.Ideal Candidate Profile:- BSc degree and an MSc in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Business or Social Sciences. A doctoral degree is an asset, but not mandatory.- At least two (2) years of work experience in the implementation and management of EU research projects (e.G. Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe) or tender projects/studies for the European Commission and other EU institutions and agencies.- Industry and/or academic experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, business modelling and planning, or programming languages will be considered an asset.- Hands-on experience preparing EU research proposals or managing EU tender bids will be considered an asset.- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
