Your impact
1. Work on various projects at banks, insurance companies and payment institutions of all sizes
2. Spend most of the time on-site at your clients’ offices (80%)
3. Learn about clients’ business and internal control processes
4. Learn about new regulations and understand their impact on the institution (governance, processes, organisation, people and technology)
5. Advise clients on their risk and regulatory agendas, and help them implement these in their day-to-day business
6. Be part of a team of consultants and help deliver client projects or work streams for larger programmes
7. Discuss with your team to share ideas and continue learning and growing
8. Develop a holistic approach to increase trust, implement strategic decisions in a sustainable manner and enhance efficiency
About you
9. Master of (applied) economics, finance, business engineering (e.g. information management systems) or law, or another discipline with a relevant economic major, possibly via a second master or a PhD degree
10. You’ll graduate at the end of this academic year or have up to two years’ experience
11. A team player who likes to take the initiative
12. Curious about and interested by the impacts of digitisation on the financial world
13. A critical, analytical mind
14. Client-oriented and an excellent communicator
15. Keen to keep learning and developing
16. Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and in English
17. Open to learning new technologies AI, GenAI or data Analytics
18. Someone who sees challenges as opportunities to grow
