Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts. We are currently recruiting a Team Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels.Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience (maximum €4000). The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
1. Provide administrative support to lawyers and business teams, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, meeting coordination, filing, and handling confidential documents
2. Assist with client data updates, mailing lists, and ad hoc tasks using internal systems
3. Support recruitment activities, such as interview coordination and event organization
4. Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and responsibilities
Essential Skills and Experience :
5. 2+ years of experience in an office-based assistant role
6. Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
8. A secretarial qualification is an asset
9. Team player with strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
10. Professional, discreet, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
11. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to handle tight deadlines under pressure
