Roles & Responsibilities
In order to cope with the expansion of our CFO Advisory Services department, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Consultant in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to strengthen our enthusiastic team.
Within the EPM team, you will work with clients aiming to improve their performance within the areas of planning, budgeting, and forecasting, consolidation, reporting and analytics. A key aspect of our approach is to work closely with the customers to challenge and improve the underlying processes before translating the requirements into a pragmatic and adapted design of their future EPM platform.
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will participate in all phases of customer projects, from analysis & design through implementation and testing to a successful roll-out. As you progressively develop and sharpen your expertise in the EPM competency area, you will prepare and facilitate client workshops & training and assist in the business development of our services portfolio.
Our clients are located both in Belgium and abroad in a wide range of industries, including Corporate Clients, Banks and Insurers, Healthcare and Public sector.

Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for people with the following specific, functional, technical and personal skills:
1. You have strong analytical skills.
2. You understand performance management requirements which you can translate into a technical solution.
3. You have substantial financial knowledge and knowledge of EPM principles.
4. You have passion for technology.
5. You are a team player with strong communication skills.
6. You have 2+ years of experience in implementing EPM solutions (e.g. Tagetik, IBM Cognos Analytics / TM1 / BI / Controller, Board Software, Power BI, or other EPM solution).
