Description de la fonction Team description: The Business Partnering (BP) team is a large and dynamic international team which mission is to: Provide strategic organisation & development support to Toyota Motor Europe management and PanE Affiliates HR teams Drive the HR agenda in the business and bring business needs on the HR agenda (understand business needs to unleash the potential of all employees) Be the key contacts of management and employees for career, development and individual issues This position will report to the BP Planning Manager and involves taking initiatives, accepting responsibility and handling sensitive information. Your responsibilities: You provide efficient administrative support to the whole Team in the implementation and follow up of various organisation & development processes such as onboarding & offboarding, organisation changes, appraisal, career & development, contracts addenda, reporting, meetings organisation, etc. Chion in BP Operational Excellence and new digital tools, with special focus on maintenance and efficiency improvements to the Teams information management and processes You act as budget controller (Oracle invoicing, regular budget reporting, etc.) and GDPR chion for the team You manage the team mailboxes and maintain the information on the intranet You actively support the coordination and logistics of key BP and social dialogue meetings & events Profil Your profile: You are graduated of a Bachelor''s degree in a related field You are fluent in Dutch and English (Toyota Motor Europe business language) knowledge of French is an asset You have strong organisation & planning skills and deliver your work in a timely & qualitative manner You have experience in HR office administration & data management You can design efficient work processes and you are able to standardize and automate processes You are proficient in Office 365 and MS Office (Excel in particular) experience with PeopleSoft is an asset You can work independently and make proposals to support the team and its customers / stakeholders You are an accurate, self driven and efficient telayer Offre Toyota offers a comprehensive remuneration package, including interesting extra legal benefits.
