The process engineer is responsible for the industrialization, analysis and optimization of products and production processes, installations in the production environment, in compliance with safety and the Zero Harm Company culture, quality and environmental standards. Your responsibilities will be as follows:Ensure the production process of new products in compliance with health, safety and environment (HSE) standards in force.Optimize products and production processes: proposal and implementation of HSE improvement projects, improvement of OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) and cost reduction.Ensure the transfer of new knowledge acquired to the various production stakeholders in the form of standardsSupport for the development of relevant reporting and Key performance Indicators.Monitor and update certain complex process equipment (Baumer, Univision, BST, etc.).Manage product or process productivity projects.Electromechanical industrial engineerOpen-mindedness, curiosity, rigorGood general technical knowledge (electricity, mechanics, automation)Excellent project management skills and strong communication skillsPragmatic, with a sense of responsibility, autonomous, with very good analytical skills, problem solving and initiative.Computer skills: Office suite and SAP and particular affinities for digitalization projectsLanguage skills: French, English
