Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to support project phases.
* Lead the overall quality strategy for Project Delivery Team members.
* Collaborate with EPCM contractors to ensure adherence to quality processes and standards.
* Conduct thorough audits and manage project documentation across various stages.
* Collaborate with regulatory authorities to meet quality and safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
* Significant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management within construction industry.
* Knowledge of Belgian construction laws and EU regulations.
* Proven experience managing EPCM contractors.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Dutch and/or French are considered an asset.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
