To make this happen, they work closely with building managers and syndics, who play a key role in authorizing indoor cabling.
To strengthen these relationships and accelerate fiber adoption in Brussels, they are looking for a Fiber Deployment Negotiator & Customer Success Specialist to engage with stakeholders, overcome challenges, and ensure a seamless fiber experience.
🔹 your role
Engage with key stakeholders (syndics, property owners, real estate companies) to facilitate fiber deployment
Organize local events & workshops to explain the fiber optic network approach
Build strong partnerships to support Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) deployment
Negotiate framework agreements with syndics and housing companies
Support construction partners to ensure syndic negotiations align with agreements
Guide trustees & co-owners through the fiber process, ensuring an optimal customer experience
Follow up on projects with regional teams to guarantee quality & timely delivery
💡 your profile
Experience in a customer care or relationship management role
Excellent negotiation & communication skills - determined, creative, and decisive
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to bring people together
Interest in fiber optic technology, construction, and innovation
Knowledge of professional & consumer markets
Bilingual (FR/NL) - a must!
Familiarity with the fiduciary world is a plus
Good knowledge of Office applications
