What You’ll Do
As a Data and Analytics Senior Manager for the EMEA & ANZ regions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital analytics strategy. Specifically, you’ll:
* Analytics Strategy and Alignment: Collaborate with the Senior Performance Manager to establish KPIs and redefine analytics strategies for core brands, leveraging expertise in data layers.
* Campaign Analytics Leadership: Work with digital agencies to develop attribution models and translate campaign performance into insights, while improving data visualizations and reporting.
* Event Tracking Management: Implement and manage event tracking and pixel audits to ensure accurate performance monitoring.
* Naming Convention Oversight: Define and maintain campaign naming conventions annually, ensuring compliance across all markets.
* Dashboard Design and Training: Create dashboards in Data Studio, collaborate on data visualizations, and provide training to ensure effective use by stakeholders.
* Data Integration and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports for clear insights to internal stakeholders.
* Strategic and Hands-on Balance: Combine hands-on analytics work with strategic planning and development.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with digital, e-commerce, insights, and brand teams for impactful analytics solutions.
* Google Analytics Management: Utilize Google Analytics for data analysis to inform media strategies and support business needs with training and presentations.
* Ad-hoc Data Support: Provide data for presentations to regional leadership and corporate teams as needed.
* Training and Development: Lead analytics training for the region, especially for non-digital-savvy employees, and contribute to the annual Digital Summit.

* Strong working experience in digital and marketing analytics, with expertise in planning and managing integrated, cross-channel campaigns, and proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
* Skilled in digital display, biddable media (search/programmatic and paid social), and familiar with analytics platforms like Datorama, Tableau, and Power BI.
* Proven ability to design and build dashboards, particularly in Data Studio, and deliver insights to improve ROI and marketing efficiencies across international markets.
* Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, GDPR, data privacy regulations, and web marketing functions, including SEO, CRO, UX, and web analytics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and manage both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
* Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, with proficiency in English and ideally another European language.
* Willingness to travel.
