JOB PURPOSE As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to develop, negotiate and deliver a win win Customer strategy and Customer Business Plan through the best integration of our internal category strategy and the strategy of the customers. You will achieve our profit/USG/VMS targets and grow our key brands while driving category growth for the retailer. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Co Responsible for 55mio Belgium Ice Cream Business Ensure Ice Cream Belgium business growth, whilst outperforming the market Create, develop and implement short and long term commercial strategies and plans aligned with the Belgian Ice Cream business goals and objectives. Drive Channel & Customer negotiation and execution plans, prioritization, field execution, identify commercial opportunities Deliver financial and non financial targets and contribute to budget development of promotional plans Manage and monitor commercial activities, using key metrics to evaluate performance Understand the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction. Build and maintain strong and profitable partnerships with key stakeholders both externally and internally. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG Experience in commercial and or category development and relationships with clients A can do mentality and true team player, cultivating a culture of entrepreneurship and inclusiveness.
