Managing Director – Mobilize Power Solutions BeNeLux
MISSION
In 2020, Renault Group has created Mobilize Power Solutions, a 100%-subsidiary to help companies realize, develop, and manage their electric fleets by providing them with turnkey charging solutions. Mobilize Power Solutions works on all phases of charging infrastructure projects, from consulting to design to installation and operation of charging stations. At the same time, it integrates strategies to optimize energy consumption and to link it to renewable energy.
Mobilize Power Solutions is present in 11 countries in Europe and benefits from the unique combination of our expertise in electric mobility for 10 years.
Thanks to its thorough understanding of customer needs and its ability to provide tailor-made solutions in line with their strategy, Mobilize Power Solutions is a true partner with the dual objective of optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of their customers' fleets and contributing to the development of their activities.

Mobilize Power Solutions affiliate is a joint venture between Renault Group and a local key player committed to sustainable development. To head up the Mobilize Power Solutions affiliate in the Benelux region, the Managing Director should successfully develop and grow this new business activity.
2 – RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the head of the organization when communicating with clients, suppliers, and Joint Venture stakeholders
* Develop the short- and long-term strategies for the development of the local market
* Drive the commercial development, taking care him- or herself of the major accounts
* Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization, putting the right processes in place
* Manage the organization's resources, as this will be a fast-growing environment, recruitment of the right team will be essential
* Create a great company spirit that shares the values of all stakeholders of the JV
* Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization
3 – MANAGEMENT SCOPE
* Direct report: Chief Executive Officer of Mobilize Power Solutions and Chief Executive Officer of the JV partner
* Other entities in interaction: Renault Group National Sales Company
4 – PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
* A Master's degree or equivalent by experience
* Experience in a fast-growing environment, preferably having worked in a managerial position, or having initiated a start-up
* Strong affinity with technical products/services, even if you have no technical degree
* Strong commercial drive
* Experience in a B2B environment where the products/services/solutions provided are complex and custom made. There are no copy/paste solutions, and the proposed solution must fit the specific customer’s requirements. The solutions offer consists of 3 major components: the technical installation itself, consultancy on their electrification and renewable energy approach/strategy and services (maintenance of the installation, software support for e.g. reporting and invoicing, financing)
* Experience in selling to medium sized companies. Having had large account management experience is a plus.
* Having worked for a major automotive, energy or electrical power company is a plus
5 - PERSONAL SKILLS
* Good communication skills in view of the different stakeholders involved in the JV
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills: as this is a start-up you will face unexpected situations that need to be dealt with and on the whole many decisions still need to be taken. You must be able to rally your team around you, but also be able to take timely decisions.
* Leadership skills
* Native language French, Dutch, with good operational knowledge of English.
* You must have a strong affinity with sustainability and show real personal commitment to and belief in renewable resources and overall energy reduction/savings.
