Operations Assistant Road

About the role
As an Operations assistant, you will join our Road department, which specialises in road transport (groupage). You will be responsible for assisting our transport planners with various administrative tasks.
Tasks:
1. Processing incoming orders (receiving, checking and coordinating with transport planning
2. Follow-up of transport orders (collection and delivery)
3. Handling and analysing problems
4. Working out a solution together with the customer and our subcontractors
5. Handling complaints or escalations
6. Registration of deviations
7. Various administrative tasks such as preparing transport orders, checking incoming invoices, handling transport documents (ADR, CMR, …) etc.

Are you the perfect fit?
8. You just obtained your bachelors degree (field of logistics or economics) or you have a first administrative experience
9. You have an affinity with Road transportation
10. You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and English
11. You are structured, orderly and precise
12. You have strong communication skills
