Abbott Vascular is looking for a Senior Product Manager EMEA to join our EMEA Headquarter in Diegem.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the EMEA region
2. Shape and communicate our vision, mission and strategy
3. Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies, together with and for the EMEA affiliates
4. Partner with and coordinate the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand
5. Lead creative development to motivate the target physicians to “take action”
6. Establish performance indicators and targets and build short and long term sales forecasts
7. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to stay ahead of competition
9. Execute and monitor new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
10. Monitor product supply and distribution
11. Align stakeholders (Global, Regional, Local and across all functions) around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics; partner with and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives
12. Provide guidelines for financial planning, forecasting and strategic planning exercises
13. Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
14. Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirement
Your Profile :
15. University degree (ideally in business, marketing or MBA)
16. Minimum 10 years related sales and marketing experience of which a minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager / Marketing role.
17. Experience with multi-country/region marketing management is required.
18. Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
19. Large Multinational companies experience
20. Mature product / business life-cycle management
21. Understanding of the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry and trends
22. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, communicate recommendations to executives as well as commercial teams and managing projects related to your brands
23. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
24. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
25. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
26. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
27. Outstanding communication skills
28. Experience with CRM systems and content approval processes
29. Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices, including multichannel campaigns
30. Desire to understand and fully explore solutions meeting local market conditions
