What will the role be about?
We are seeking a respected and enthusiastic leader who combines operational excellence, commercial acumen, and transformational leadership. This role plays a central part in our European transformation journey, leading the business across Belgium and Luxembourg.
You will act as a hands-on, field-based leader, capable of driving performance, coaching teams, building culture, and implementing large-scale transformations — including the rollout of our Tech Operating Model (TOM) and SAP stabilization.
Your leadership style is grounded in integrity and empathy, with the ability to motivate, challenge, and engage diverse teams. You are results-oriented and pragmatic, yet visionary, with strong commercial instincts and the ability to act decisively in a fast-moving environment. You will build high-performing teams, deliver operational improvements, and create trusted client and supplier relationships — all while navigating cultural and linguistic diversity with fluency and tact.
