Job Description
As a Shopper Marketing Manager at Danone, you will play a pivotal role in driving the connection between our Marketing and Customer teams.
Collaborating closely with Brand, Key Account, and Category Managers, you'll help craft innovative strategies that succeed in both Retail and Out-of-home environments.
With strong ties to the field teams, you'll not only shape the plans but also take charge of their execution to maximize shopper engagement and fuel brand and customer growth.
About You
* Has 2+ years of experience, ideally in a large FMCG or retail environment.
* Preferably has commercial experience in areas like Shopper & Trade Marketing and Sales.
* Brings a strong passion for consumer journey thinking, constantly exploring the factors that influence shopping behavior and how these trends shape the future of the shopping experience.
* Is an expert in shopper activation, with the ability to develop strategies and drive them through to successful execution, always keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the finer details.
* Takes a data-driven approach, using insights to define KPIs, measure success, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
* Has excellent project management skills, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and taking ownership of initiatives to deliver results.
* Can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders, whether it's the internal team or external partners.
* Fluent in at least one local language (Flemish or French), with strong written and spoken English skills.
