What you do
1. You offer support to the production departments within the range of duties as prevention advisor.
2. You help monitor action plans and write the necessary procedures and instructions.
3. You provide support and advice regarding the purchase of work equipment, chemical agents, personal protective equipment, etc., in accordance with the provisions of the Welfare Act.
4. You take care of the necessary legal reports and declarations with regard to safety and coordinate the preparation of risk analyses in accordance with the provisions of the Welfare Act.
5. You organise and give training to various levels within the plant about the different aspects of safety.
6. You coach and inspire the team. You create a culture that promotes the importance of safety and prevention throughout the organisation.
7. You are the central point of contact for all matters relating to safety and prevention (EDPBW, inspection services, fire brigade, fire insurance, EDTC, etc.).
8. You work closely with the Health & Safety Manager on the further development of the prevention policy.
Who you are
9. You have at least a professional Bachelor's degree and several years of relevant experience in an international manufacturing environment.
10. You have a diploma Prevention Advisor level 2 or 1.
11. You are fluent in MS Office.
12. You work methodically, accurately and proactively.
13. You are a result-oriented team player with a dynamic personality.
14. You have a good knowledge of French and Dutch.
