Sales Director Prodware
Prodware Belgium seeks an experienced, highly motivated Business Development Director/Sales Director. The main role of the Business Development Director/Sales Director is to achieve the overall sales target, encourage autonomy, and think outside the box. The Sales Director will develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key buyers. Flexible working and working hybrid is possible; you are in charge of your agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to General Manager
2. Create a positive culture by living the “Prodware Values”, training and mentoring staff, motivating all team members to perform efficiently and create an energizing environment.
3. Provide superior customer service, lead by example, and coach your team to a higher level.
4. Create and find the balance between business and customer relationships.
5. Monitor compliance with the company’s laws & regulations for employees.
6. Conduct performance management reviews and validate processes & tools.
7. Act as an intermediary between leadership, team members, and customers.
8. Write up plans, delegate tasks, provide feedback, work through problems, and listen to your team members.
9. Develop, implement, and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories, and set performance goals to achieve 2023 objectives.
10. Develop, implement, and manage the marketing strategy/value propositions.
11. Plan, implement, and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results.
12. Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness.
13. Manage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/team.
14. Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments/business lines.
15. Manage & maintain Microsoft and other strategic alliances/partnerships.
16. Accelerate your team in generating and managing new leads through various channels.
17. Develop and deliver sales presentations; understand and clearly articulate our value proposition.
18. Build an achievable pipeline with the given targets and relationships with prospects and clients.
19. Acquire a thorough understanding of key prospect and customer needs and requirements.
20. Manage the proposal development process in coordination with the delivery teams and maintain timelines for proposals.
21. Maintain the Business Development databases.
22. Qualify prospects, understand pain areas, and manage the sales process to closure.
23. Develop trust relationships with prospects and customers (mid to large commercial enterprise accounts).
24. Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
25. Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of ERP CRM selling experience, both license and services.
2. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives; effective at presenting to executive management, i.e., C-Level.
3. Preferable sales experience in MS Dynamics FO, CRM, Power Platform; knowledge in Microsoft 365 or Azure platform is a plus.
4. Preferable to have Solution Selling experience.
5. Knowledge of competitors’ ERP products, high-level product features, and pricing.
6. A Hunter mentality, with the urge to persuade others of the opportunities Prodware can offer.
7. Proven track record in working with Integrators/Partners and good mid to senior enterprise accounts in Belgium.
8. Language proficiency to support customers in Dutch, French, and English.
9. Act as a coach and mentor.
10. Recruit, vet, and train all new commercial staff.

12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
